Clay Dean
GUITAR / VOCALS
Clay, who co-founded Tripwire with Jon in 2012, studied at the Guitar Institute in London and has been playing for over 30 years with vast experience of studio recording and live performance. Clay is incredibly versatile but his main influences include Pink Floyd, Faith No More, Foo Fighters and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Brian Wiedmeyer
BASS GUITAR
Hailing from the USA Brian is an accomplished bass player.
Jon Sharman
DRUMS / VOCALS
Jon has been playing drums from the age of 11 and began playing professionally 35 years ago. He has toured all over Europe, Australia and the United States and has a wealth of experience in studio recording and live performance. Jon co-founded Tripwire with Clay in 2012.
Jon's main drumming influences are Dave Weckl, Steve Smith and Carter Beauford. His musical influences include The Dave Matthews Band, Eric Clapton, Toto and many more. Jon also plays Saxophone and Clarinet.
Barney French
VOCALS
Barney has been singing for many years across several different bands and he has also been responsible for arranging many festivals, including Waldstock in Saffron Walden. Barney has a soulful rock and blues voice and is versatile to sing a wide range of genres. Barney's main influences are Jimi Hendrix, Wilson Pickett, The Foo Fighters and Tom Petty to name just a few.
